Felix Augustus Kirkovits advises national and international corporations on all aspects of corporate law and in M&A transactions. He has many years of experience in advising start-ups and venture capital investors as well as in connection with restructuring, real estate and plant construction projects.
Felix Augustus Kirkovits studied law at the University of Vienna. He completed a Master of Laws at the Nottingham Law School in Corporate & Insolvency Law (LL.M.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the EADA Business School in Barcelona.
Before joining FRIEDERS TASSUL as a partner, he worked as an associate at Binder Grösswang and as a attorney at Fellner Wratzfeld Partner and FSM Rechtsanwälte.
He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
In his free time, Felix Augustus Kirkovits plays golf, football and tennis and enjoys spending time with friends over a good meal.
